Born into a Medical and Military family, Chef Angel Quinsay defied convention with her early culinary talent. Armed with culinary degrees from around the world, including the United States, France, and the Philippines, she embarked on her American career as a Sous Chef at a Los Angeles Hilton Hotel.

Chef Quinsay's journey continued as she rose to the role of Executive Sous Chef to Interim-Executive Chef at exclusive private country clubs, earning acclaim for her innovative menus. Her culinary path then led her to Hollywood's renowned MAGIC CASTLE, where she catered to a host of famous clients, including Katy Perry, Anthony Bourdain, Reese Witherspoon, Mel B, Jack Black, and Cate Blanchette, Sophia Vergara, Johnny Depp and many more.

Her culinary prowess extended to orchestrating large-scale events, managing parties for up to 1200 people with a dedicated team. Chef Quinsay also established her own restaurant in Southern California and launched her private fine dining catering company.

Recognized as the go-to chef, Chef Quinsay became a culinary service director and advisor for high-end restaurants in Southern California. Her passion for food as an art form and her love for bringing joy to people through her dishes define her culinary philosophy.
